The Yard’s Spring Athletics Camp kicks off in April for an 8-week, action-packed program tailored for youths aged 10 and up. Offering 16 sessions on Saturdays, the camp covers goal setting, strength training, agility exercises, and nutrition, alongside a detailed curriculum binder and a free open gym membership for families. Spaces are limited to ensure quality, with special pricing at $200 for non-members and $100 for members. Contact us now to reserve your spot and elevate your athletic skills this spring!

Youth Program Weights
Whether your young one is already an athlete or is just in need of getting that energy out in a safe and healthy way, The Yard Youth Program is the perfect solution. Our youth fitness classes are the perfect platform for any sport and headstart on healthy living for life. Each class is 45 minutes and will include a warm up. All fitness levels are welcome, no experience necessary!
